In order to give a quote, I will need you to send me a legible copy of the document to be translated. The final price will depend on things like the word count, the complexity, legal or otherwise specialist nature of the text, whether it needs to be certified or urgency is required. In the case of certified translations, you will receive both a paper copy with the necessary stamps and signatures as well as a digital scan.
I do my utmost to protect your personal information. As a translator I am bound by a legal obligation of confidentiality. If the assignment is cancelled, any documents sent to me will be immediately deleted from my system and mailbox. If the assignment is accepted, these will not be kept any longer than necessary and for the maximum period provided for by the law (GDPR).
